Ipekyol Turkey: Clothes, Size Guide, Stores and Returns

9 min read Updated: October 3, 2026

Turkey shopping guide · checked 3 October 2026

Ipekyol is a Turkish womenswear brand with tailoring, dresses, denim, shoes and accessories. Start with the exact garment, its fabric label and its size guide. Then check where you will buy it. A Turkish online order, a shop purchase and an overseas retailer can have different delivery and return terms.

Measure · compare · check your route

Ipekyol fit and shopping check

Compare each body measurement with Ipekyol’s published clothing reference rows. The result shows which rows to inspect. It does not choose a size or predict fit. Measurements stay in this page; this tool does not send or save them.

Source: Ipekyol’s published size guide, reviewed 3 October 2026. These are body references, not garment dimensions. The listed rows do not confirm which sizes a product has.

Use the chart by hand: measure bust and hips around their fullest parts, and waist at its narrowest point. Keep the tape level. Compare each number separately. For example, 90 cm bust, 70 cm waist and 98 cm hips all match the size 38 reference. A 92 cm bust falls between rows 38 and 40. Do not round every measurement into one promised size.

Check the garment

For a jacket, test shoulder and arm movement. For a dress, compare all three measurements. For trousers, check waist, hips, rise and length. For jeans, use the specific denim guide and inspect the stretch content.

Check the route

In a store, confirm the exact item and purchase terms. Online in Turkey, confirm the address and delivery estimate. From abroad, confirm the seller’s supported destination and return address before paying.

The complete reference chart and shopping steps remain available without the interactive controls.

What to look for in the collection

Use the category that matches your need. The official Turkish store separates clothing, outerwear, footwear, bags and accessories. Its denim guide includes wide-leg, straight, mom-fit, skinny, flare and palazzo cuts. These names describe the shape; they do not establish how a particular pair fits you.

Work clothes

Try a blazer with the shirt or knitwear you expect to wear beneath it. Fasten it, reach forward and sit down. Check the sleeve length and whether the front pulls. If you want a matching suit, compare the jacket and trouser product codes, fabric and colour in the same light.

Dresses and occasion wear

Check the lining, fastening, neckline and hem as well as the size. Sit and walk in the dress. If you need it for a fixed date, leave time for delivery and any agreed alteration. Ask how an alteration affects the return terms before it is done.

Jeans and trousers

Check the rise and inside-leg length. A waist that feels right while standing can feel tight when seated. Compare a similar garment you already own, but keep body measurements and garment measurements separate.

Bags and accessories

Check dimensions, strap length, fastening and material sections. A leather trim does not make the whole bag leather. If the item is a gift, ask about a gift receipt and the recipient’s exchange options.

Ipekyol, Twist and Machka belong to the same group, but they are distinct labels. The group’s brand history dates Twist to 1997 and Machka to 2004. It describes Twist as younger and more alternative, and Machka as feminine and post-romantic. Compare their collections if that helps your search, but read each seller’s own size and return information.

Four illustrated fit checks: measure bust, waist and hips, then inspect the fabric and test movement

Read the label before you compare prices

Open Ürün Detayları (product details) and İçerik ve Bakım (content and care). Record the product code so you can compare the same item across pages or ask a store about it. Inspect the fibre percentages, lining and care instructions rather than relying on a collection name.

Useful Turkish terms on product pages
TermMeaningWhat to check
Kumaş karışımıFabric compositionRead every percentage and component.
Ana kumaşMain fabricDo not confuse it with the lining or trim.
Astar / GarniLining / trimThese can use different materials.
Pamuk / Keten / Yün / İpekCotton / linen / wool / silkThe named fibre may be only part of a blend.
Viskoz / Lyocell / PoliesterViscose / lyocell / polyesterCheck the percentage and care label.
ElastanElastaneA stretch fibre; try the garment for actual movement.
Deri görünümlüLeather-lookCheck the material; the phrase does not mean leather.
Üretim ülkesiCountry of manufactureA Turkish brand does not make every item in Turkey.
Kalıp / BoyFit / lengthRead these alongside the size guide.

One concrete example: the official page for the Natürel draped-neck shirt, IS1260025422003, lists 100% lyocell as its main fabric and Türkiye as the manufacturing country. That describes this product only. It is not a promise about other shirts, current stock or a whole season’s quality.

Look at the seams, buttons, zip and lining in person where possible. Check whether the care method suits your routine. A discount is less useful if the garment needs care you cannot provide or an alteration you have not priced. This guide does not rank Ipekyol above other brands or claim that every item has the same material standard.

Online delivery and returns in Turkey

The following figures are from Ipekyol’s delivery and easy-return page, checked on 3 October 2026. They describe the Turkish site, not overseas shipping.

Published delivery charges in Turkish lira
ServiceListed chargeScope
Standard delivery99.90 TLBelow the published free-shipping threshold
Standard delivery at 3,500 TL or moreFreeConfirm the eligible basket at checkout
Next-day option129.90 TLLimited regions and eligible online-warehouse items

The next-day service has cutoff and dispatch conditions. Mixed warehouse and store-stock orders can arrive in separate parcels. Check your postcode, each item and the displayed estimate. For standard orders, the separate shipping FAQ says preparation and handover normally take 1–3 business days, with changes during busy sale periods. Dispatch is not the same as arrival.

Why you may see both 30 days and 14 days

The easy-return page advertises free returns and exchanges within 30 days, with the invoice, including an Ipekyol store route. It flags separate conditions for cosmetics and swimwear. Ipekyol’s pre-contract information form separately describes a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. These are different published terms. Keep the terms supplied with your order and ask Ipekyol which route applies to your item. Do not treat either period as unconditional for every product or seller.

Prepare a return without losing the details

  1. Keep the invoice, order number, packaging, labels and the item in suitable return condition. Check any product-specific restrictions before opening or using it.
  2. Open your order and select the item and return reason. The current return instructions describe a customer return code and Yurtiçi Kargo, with handover within five business days after obtaining the code. Follow your order’s actual instructions.
  3. Keep the carrier receipt and tracking number. For a shop return, confirm the branch can handle that purchase and retain the return document.
  4. Check the refund against the original payment. Ask support about a missing refund with the order and return references; a dispatch receipt alone does not confirm refund completion.

Visiting Turkey for a short trip? Allow time to inspect the order before you leave. Confirm that your hotel can receive parcels and use the recipient details it requests. If you may need a return from another country, ask about that route before placing the order.

Find a store or buy from abroad

Use Ipekyol’s store finder for current branches. On a product page, Mağazada Bul means “find in store.” Ipekyol’s stock-check explanation warns that an item shown in stock may already have been sold or reserved. Call the branch with the code, colour and size before a special trip. Check opening hours with the branch as well.

For overseas shopping, identify the actual seller and destination first. An international store presence does not mean that ipekyol.com.tr ships to your address. A regional shop or marketplace can use another currency, stock range and return policy. Confirm delivery support, import charges, the return address and who pays return transport before you buy.

Compare the final payable price for the same item. Include delivery and any confirmed cross-border costs. Use Turkpidya’s currency converter for a budget comparison; your payment provider’s rate and fees may differ. Avoid old dollar equivalents and broad price ranges that mix full-price, outlet and campaign items.

Sales, outlet pieces and Ipekyol Club

Check the official campaign page and the final basket. Offers can have dates, selected products, payment conditions or minimum spend. Do not combine discounts in your budget unless checkout applies them together. “Up to” is the maximum advertised reduction, not the reduction on every item.

Ipekyol Club’s published terms allow campaign conditions to differ by store or website. They also state that points or extra benefits cannot be converted to cash. Check the current tier, expiry and offer terms before counting points as savings. Joining only helps if you can use the benefits under those conditions.

The brand and its Edirne factory

Ipekyol’s company history distinguishes two dates: the brand was founded in 1986, and the first shop opened on Istanbul’s Rumeli Street in 1989. The group later developed the Edirne production facility, which opened in 2006.

The factory’s architecture is a worthwhile part of that story. Emre Arolat Architecture designed the project. The Aga Khan Award record confirms its award in the 2008–2010 cycle. It describes production and administration under one roof, with courtyards, daylight and gardens. This is recognition of a building. It does not establish the durability, origin or environmental impact of every garment sold by the brand.

Contact Ipekyol about an order

Ipekyol lists 0850 399 47 35 for customer enquiries. Use the official contact page for the current contact options. Have your order number or the product code ready. For a stock question, add the colour, size and branch. For a return question, give the purchase channel and delivery date.
