Hepsiburada in English: Ordering, Premium, Delivery and Returns
Hepsiburada for foreigners: the Turkish checkout words in English, same-day and next-day delivery, Hepsimat lockers, Premium at 69.90 TL, payment options and free 14-day returns.
Table of Contents

Yes, you can shop on Hepsiburada as a foreigner living in Türkiye: you need a delivery address here and a way to pay. The site speaks Turkish, so this guide decodes the checkout words, shows which delivery option reaches you when, works out whether Premium (69.90 TL a month) pays back, and walks you through a free return within 14 days.
Short answer · checked 14.10.2026
Hepsiburada is a marketplace with more than 101,000 stores and one basket. The tricky parts are the Turkish words and the payment, not the shop itself.
- Ordering: basket, Alışverişi tamamla, address, payment, two contract boxes, Siparişi Onayla. The summary shows the total with VAT (KDV) and shipping before you confirm.
- Delivery: free next-day delivery on items marked Yarın kapında; the same evening in İstanbul if Hepsiburada itself sells the item and you order by 13:00 (54.90 TL); 674 Hepsimat pickup points.
- Returns: 14 days from delivery, collected free from your door. By law the refund is due within 14 days of handing the parcel over.
- Premium: 69.90 TL a month or 539 TL a year for free shipping, 3% back up to 25 TL per order and the paid delivery slots for free.
- Cards from abroad: Hepsiburada’s payment page doesn’t say whether they work. Turkish debit cards, Anında Havale and bank transfer are on its list.
- Passwords: Hepsiburada says it never asks for your password by phone or e-mail.
What Hepsiburada is and who sells to you
Hepsiburada is a marketplace. Hepsiburada sells part of the range itself, and other stores sell the rest through the same basket and checkout. Its page for sellers counts the figures below. Since 29 January 2025, the Kazakh company Kaspi.kz has owned 65.41% of Hepsiburada; Kaspi said the two keep their own brands and ways of working.

The seller matters more than you might think. Look for the seller line on the product page: only items with Satıcısı Hepsiburada (sold by Hepsiburada) can come the same evening or the next morning. Items from other stores still go through Hepsiburada’s checkout, returns and contracts.
Ordering in English: the Turkish words on the way
You meet about a dozen Turkish words between the basket and your door. Tap a stop to see what it means and what to check there. The words come from Hepsiburada’s order guide and its delivery, returns and payment pages.

You must be at least 15 to buy on Hepsiburada directly; younger children buy through an adult. To find products, search by brand and model number first; our guide to online shopping in Turkey covers the other big Turkish shops too.

Two catches. There is no next-day delivery on public holidays. And what you can pick depends on the seller, the time and the day, so the checkout shows the real choice for your address. The standard shipping fee for orders without Premium isn’t listed on Hepsiburada’s pages; you see it in the order summary before you confirm.
Most parcels come with HepsiJET, Hepsiburada’s courier company (D Fast A.Ş.), which delivers in all 81 provinces. If you’re out, it comes a second time. In HepsiJET’s tracking you can ask it to leave the parcel with a neighbour (Komşuma Bırak) or change the date (Tarih Değişikliği). Large items over 40 desi go with HepsiJET XL.

Premium: does 69.90 TL a month pay back?
Hepsiburada Premium costs 69.90 TL a month or 539 TL a year. The yearly plan works out at 44.92 TL a month: 299.80 TL less than twelve monthly payments. In return you get free shipping on almost everything, 3% back as Hepsipara (shop credit) up to 25 TL per order, and the paid delivery slots for free. Set the scale to your own month.
Premium scale · your month
What goes in, what comes back
Example: 4 orders of 600 TL and 1 next-morning delivery a month, on the monthly plan.
- Hepsipara: 3% per order, at most 25 TL
- 4 × 18.00 TL = 72.00 TL
- Delivery fees you don’t pay (49.90 TL each)
- 49.90 TL
Premium gives back 52.00 TL more than it costs this month.
Not counted: the standard shipping you save on orders that would otherwise pay it (Hepsiburada doesn’t publish that fee) and the HBO Max plan. Hepsipara is shop credit, not cash, and it expires after 30 days.
| Benefit | What you get | Small print |
|---|---|---|
| Free shipping (kargo bedava) | On every order | Except gold, digital products, coupons and items shipped from abroad (yurt dışı ürünler) |
| Hepsipara | 3% back, at most 25 TL per order | Usually loaded at once, sometimes up to 15 days later; expires 30 days after loading; a minimum basket applies; not on gold, gift cards, digital games, e-books, fuel or tickets; cancelled if you return the order |
| Premium Worldcard | 8% back, at most 65 TL per order | When you pay with that credit card |
| Fast and set-day delivery | Same evening, next morning and Randevulu Teslimat free | Where the checkout offers them |
| Returns from your door | Free pickup | Within 14 days of delivery, in the original undamaged box with all accessories and gifts |
| HBO Max | The plan with ads | Activate it on the Premium page; Türkiye only, no downloads; offer runs until 15 December 2026 |
Premium is paid by credit or debit card; the Hepsipay balance can’t pay it. Both plans renew by themselves. You can cancel at any time under Premium’u Yönet (manage Premium) or through customer service: a monthly plan runs to the end of the paid month, and a yearly plan gives part of the money back only in some cases, so ask customer service first. Intro offers change; on 14 October 2026 the Premium page offered the first month for 1 TL. All Hepsipara earned from all campaigns together is capped at 3,500 TL a month.

Returns: 14 days, collected from your door
Turkish law gives you 14 days from delivery to send most online orders back without a reason. On Hepsiburada a courier collects the parcel from your door for free. Enter your delivery date and the day the courier comes to see your deadlines.

Booked the wrong day?
A pickup date or address can’t be changed. Cancel the request in Siparişlerim – Taleplerim and make a new one, still within the 14 days. A card refund goes back to your card limit in one go; a refund of an order paid with Hepsipay goes back to the balance as soon as the return is approved.
Distance Contracts Regulation · Art. 9 and 12
14 days to change your mind, 14 days to get your money back.
The rules come from Türkiye’s Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). The 14 days start on the day you receive the item; if one order comes in several parcels, on the day the last one arrives. You can also withdraw before delivery. The seller must refund everything you paid, delivery included, within 14 days of the day you hand the item to the courier it named, and in one go.
When you return through the seller’s courier, you can’t be charged for the return. On a platform that takes the payment, such as Hepsiburada, the platform answers for the refund together with the seller. If a dispute stays open, the consumer arbitration board (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court decides, within money limits set each December.
Not everything has the 14-day right. Besides the items in the calendar above, the regulation leaves out fresh and perishable food, items mixed with others after delivery, newspapers and magazines, services already started with your consent, dated services such as stays, car hire, moves and events, and opened books, software, DVDs, toner and cartridges.
Fake Hepsiburada pages and calls
Hepsiburada says it never asks for your password by phone or e-mail, its e-mails never carry attachments, and it sells only on www.hepsiburada.com, with no other sales or campaign sites. Its safety page names lookalike addresses that are not Hepsiburada.

Hepsiburada, Trendyol or Amazon, and orders from abroad
For the same product, compare the item price and the delivery total, and check who sells it and when it arrives. We cover the other big shops in their own guides: Amazon Turkey and Trendyol clothes, where sizing matters more than delivery. If you already pay for one shop’s delivery plan, count that before adding Premium.
Hepsiburada’s pages describe delivery within Türkiye; we found no current page about shipping to other countries. Premium’s free shipping also leaves out items shipped from abroad. Our guide to online shopping from Türkiye and international shipping covers cross-border orders.
