One word, many goods
Kişilik (kee-shee-LEEK) means «for this many people». It runs through the beds, tek kişilik for one and çift kişilik for two, and through the dinner sets, for 2, 6 or 12 people.

Bed-linen sizes: four beds, three pieces
A set is a nevresim (duvet cover, nev-reh-SEEM), a çarşaf (sheet, char-SHAHF) and one or two yastık kılıfı (pillowcases, yahs-TUHK kuh-luh-FUH). The sizes are printed in centimetres, bed by bed, and can differ with the kind of product in the set.

How it arrives and how to pay
- Courier
- Hepsijet is the shop’s delivery partner.
- To the courier
- Within 7 working days of the order. There is no dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
- The contract
- Delivery within the legal 30-day limit from the order date (sales contract, Article 5.6).
- Nobody at home
- The parcel waits 3 days at the courier’s branch, then goes back to the Madame Coco warehouse.
- Big parcels
- A parcel of 30 desi or more is not carried up to the floor.
- A damaged parcel
- A torn, crushed or wet parcel is not taken, and the courier writes a report (tutanak, too-too-NAHK).
- Paying
- Credit card, in one payment or up to 10 instalments (taksit, tahk-SEET) with an interest charge (vade farkı). No pay-at-the-door (kapıda ödeme) and no bank transfer (havale / EFT) at present.
- Cancelling
- Only while the order reads «Onaylandı» (confirmed). A paid order takes no added items.
