What Beymen is
Beymen’s about page says it started in 1971 as a menswear brand and grew into womenswear, home products, cosmetics and accessories. Its own labels include Beymen Collection and Academia. You can buy in its stores, on Beymen.com or in the Beymen app.

Beymen’s services page lists the free alteration service, and its page on unconditional customer happiness says a garment that does not fit is altered to your size free of charge.
For personal shopping Beymen lists appointment shopping in a store of your choice, Beymen Privé shopping in VIP rooms with a personal style consultant, and the Wardrobe Service, which you book by calling a Beymen store: a Private Shopper comes to your home, identifies the pieces you need, combines your products and keeps you informed about the season’s trends. Appointment shopping can also take place at your home, your place of business or the hotel where you are staying.
Exchange and return in a store
- Window: 30 days from the invoice date. The product must be unused and unaltered, and you bring the invoice.
- Same price: swap it for a product at the same price. If the new one costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less the difference comes back as a “return product voucher” that works in every Beymen store with your ID.
- Gifts: a gift is exchanged with the gift exchange card within 30 days, and gift exchanges are not refunded in cash.
- From Beymen.com: goods bought on Beymen.com or in the app that meet the return conditions can be returned at any Beymen store within 30 days of the invoice date.
Beymen also lists Beymen Link: if the size or colour you want is sold out in your store and another Beymen store has it, the product is sent to your address. You can pay remotely through the Beymen app or with a QR code from a sales consultant, and Beymen delivers your packages to an address you give free of charge.
For visitors
Beymen’s page for foreign visitors lists sales staff who speak foreign languages, faster alterations, packages delivered to your hotel free of charge, and a Private Shopper who can come to your hotel (checked 20.10.2026).
The about page adds instant tax free in selected Beymen stores and, through Global Blue, a VIP airport transfer and customs consultancy.
VAT refund

Beymen.com: delivery and payment
Beymen.com’s FAQ says you can order as a guest without a membership, that prices include KDV, and that the items come from store stock: if one cannot be supplied, Beymen tells you and refunds the payment (checked 20.10.2026).

Payment
Beymen’s FAQ lists credit cards, debit and ATM cards and BKM Express, and says payment cannot be made with credit cards belonging to foreign banks. Cash on delivery is not offered (checked 20.10.2026).
Returns and pick-up
A return is started on Beymen.com or in the Beymen app, or, for a guest order, through order tracking. Count the 30 days from the invoice date.
- Ask for a codeCreate a return request in your account or through order tracking. Beymen gives you a free return code.
- Pack itSend the item unused, with its tags, accessories, dust bag, certificate and original box, plus any gift sent with the order. Do not tape the original box.
- Hand it overGive the parcel to the contracted courier within 7 days of creating the code, at no cost. A code lapses after 7 days; inside the 30 days you can ask for a new one.
- Get the refundBeymen checks the return, then passes the refund to your bank within 3 business days. How soon it shows on your card depends on the bank.
What cannot go back
- Not returnable: underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and food; opened books, digital content and computer consumables; Beymen Reborn items.
- Appliances: large appliances and televisions that need installation, if they are opened without an authorised service representative.

Beymen’s pick-up page says an order arrives in the store within 7 business days and waits there for 7 business days, then goes back to the warehouse. Bring your order number and ID. If the product is damaged, check before you leave and the store exchanges it.
