Koton Turkey: Size Charts, Delivery Fees and Returns

Koton prints a different size chart for each kind of garment. A men’s M is 50 on tops and 42 on trousers, so one letter does not give you one size. Test your own measurements on the size wall below, then check the shops, the fees and the two return dates before you pay.

Size: use the chart for your kind of garment. Koton says its charts show averages for body size, not the size of the garment itself (Koton size guide, checked 21.10.2026).
Delivery in Türkiye: 79.99 TL, free from 3,000 TL. Collecting in a shop is free. Express in Istanbul is 149.99 TL (Koton delivery page, checked 21.10.2026).
Returns: the law gives you 14 days from delivery. Koton’s own rules give you until 30 days from dispatch. Sending it back with the courier Aras Kargo is free.
Shops: 244 in 66 cities. İstanbul has 62, İzmir 20 and Ankara 13.
Franchise shops do not take refunds for online orders.

Numbers are the centimetres printed in Koton’s size guide, checked 21.10.2026. Printed rows are body-size references, not fit limits. No UK or US size, shoe size or other brand’s chart is worked out from them. Neck and inside leg are shown for reading but not used to light the wall.

Read the chart for your garment three traps

Measure yourself first. Use a soft tape. Stand straight and breathe normally. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight. Measure the fullest part of the bust or chest, the natural waist, and the widest part of the hips. Then open the chart for the exact kind of garment.

Koton says its standard charts show averages for height and body size. They are not the size of a garment. Every row is a reference point, not a limit. That is why the wall shows two shelves when your waist and your hips point to different sizes.

Three traps

Tops and trousers use different numbers. A men’s M is 50 on tops and 42 on trousers. Both rows have an 85 cm waist reference.
Jeans numbers are labels, not inches. Women’s jeans 32 has a 94 cm waist reference. Men’s jeans 32 has 85 cm. L30, L32 and L34 are three inside-leg lengths (76, 81 and 86 cm).
A product page can add its own table of garment measurements. That table describes the garment, not your body. Compare it with a similar garment of yours that fits, laid flat. Do not type it into the wall.

What the charts do not cover

Children and babies: use Koton’s children’s and baby size guide.
Bras, shoes and other items: use the size guide on the product page.
Other brands: do not borrow a size from another brand’s chart.

Choose a shop when fit is the question. Try sitting, walking and raising your arms in trousers, a jacket or a fitted shirt. Choose online when you want to read the fabric and the product details first. Use the sign below to find a shop in your city.

Franchise shops do not take refunds for online orders. The finder does not say which shops are franchises, so ask at the till before you bring a parcel. Shop names, districts and phone numbers come from Koton’s store finder, checked 21.10.2026.

Before you go

You can order online and collect in a shop. It is free and the shop must not be a franchise (see the table below).
In a shop, return or exchange within 30 days with your receipt. With no receipt, give the phone number on the sale: the shop looks the sale up by that number.
A franchise shop does not refund an online order, and a card purchase in a franchise shop is returned in that shop only.

Delivery and fees the fixed ones in one table

Read the delivery fee at checkout before you pay. These are the fixed fees Koton publishes for addresses in Türkiye.

Standard delivery	79.99 TL	Anywhere in Türkiye. Free for orders of 3,000 TL or more. About 1–5 working days. Koton sends an SMS and an e-mail when the parcel is dispatched.
Express delivery	149.99 TL	Istanbul only, and not to Adalar, Şile, Silivri, Çatalca and Arnavutköy. Not with payment on delivery. If it cannot arrive the same day, the fee is refunded.
Collect in a shop	Free	Pay online. The shop must not be a franchise. About 1–5 working days to reach the shop. Collect within 7 days, with the invoice that Koton e-mails you.
Payment on delivery	79.99 TL	Only for orders made with a Koton account, over 500 TL and under 5,000 TL. Cash or card at the door. The fee is not refunded if you return the order.

At the door, open the parcel with the courier. If it is damaged, taped over or has the wrong item, ask the courier to write a damage report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and hand the parcel back. Koton says it is not responsible for a damaged parcel that you accepted without a report.

These fees are for addresses in Türkiye. Other countries have their own Koton sites and terms: check the site for your country before you order.

Returns two dates, one slip

When the parcel arrives, write down two dates: the day it was dispatched and the day it was delivered. Enter them on the slip.

Enter the day Koton sent the parcel and the day it reached you. The slip shows the last day under the law and the last day under Koton’s own rules.

Example: a parcel is dispatched on day 0 and delivered on day 2. Days 2 to 16 are inside both windows. Days 17 to 30 are inside Koton’s own window only. Turn on JavaScript to enter your own two dates.

Write to Koton

Send it on the WhatsApp line on koton.com, by e-mail to [email protected] or tell it to the call centre on 0850 208 71 71. Replace the order number first.

Sign in on koton.com. Open Hesabım then Siparişlerim and make a return request for the item.
Koton gives you a code for a free return, the Kolay İade Kodu.
Pack the item. Take it and the code to any Aras Kargo branch and say it is a Koton Firma İadesi. Keep the receipt.
Or take it to a Koton shop in Türkiye that is not a franchise. Franchise shops do not take online returns.

What you can send back

Clothes that are unused and undamaged, with the inner and outer tags still on.
Underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, earrings, cosmetics, single-use items and opened perfume.
A wrong or damaged item can go back in the same 30 days from dispatch, in a shop or by courier.

Money and cost

Return shipping with Aras Kargo is free when you use the code.
Koton refunds the card you paid with within 7 working days after it accepts the return, and e-mails you. Your bank decides when the money shows.
The payment-on-delivery fee is not refunded.

Ordered without an account? Create an account with the same e-mail and make the request there. Koton’s return page also allows a paper with the order number and the reason, handed to Aras Kargo. The law is the same for every seller: the Ministry of Trade says that for a distance order you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you return the item with the courier the seller names, you do not pay the return cost.

Koton Club free points, with limits

Join at the till with your phone number, or in the app or on the website. It is free. You confirm your phone with a code.

What Koton lists

4% back in points on every purchase, in a shop, on the website or in the app. One point is worth 1 TL.
A welcome gift: 250 TL in points if your first purchase is over 1,000 TL. Use it within 30 days, on an order over 500 TL, in one go.
Birthday month: three times the points on the first purchase over 1,000 TL, once a year. Add your birthday to your profile first.
Returns without a receipt: a Club benefit.

The limits

Points are added within 7 days.
Unspent points are deleted at the start of the next year.
Points cannot pay the delivery fee.
You can spend points on purchases inside Türkiye only.

Offers have end dates, selected products and minimum spends. Before you add an item to reach 3,000 TL for free delivery, compare the new total with your first one.

For an order, call the customer service line on 0850 208 71 71 or write to [email protected]. Koton’s website also has a WhatsApp line. Have the order number, the product code and the e-mail on the order ready. For a damaged parcel or a wrong item, keep the packaging and take photos. Never send full card details or a bank password.

What is a men’s M at Koton?

It depends on the chart. A men’s M is 50 on regular tops, 42 on regular trousers and 38 on belts. The jeans chart uses its own numbers. Choose the chart for your garment first.

Are Koton jeans numbers in inches?

No. They are Koton’s labels. Women’s jeans 32 has a 94 cm waist reference and men’s jeans 32 has 85 cm. Read the number on the chart, not the label.

How much is delivery in Türkiye?

How long do I have to return an online order?

Can I return an online order in a shop?

Yes, in any Koton shop in Türkiye that is not a franchise. Franchise shops do not take refunds for online orders. Exchanges are made in any shop with the invoice or the dispatch note QR code on the parcel.

How do I pay on delivery?

Order with a Koton account. The order must be over 500 TL and under 5,000 TL. Koton adds a 79.99 TL service fee, and does not refund it if you return the order. Express delivery does not take payment on delivery.
