Zara Home Turkey: Store Finder, Size Prices and Delivery Options

Zara Home Turkey is useful for bedding, towels, tableware and finishing touches, but the best starting point is a tape measure. One cotton towel currently has five size options priced from 330 TRY to 1,990 TRY. This guide helps you compare the actual sizes and delivered cost, choose from 15 listed stores, and check the return conditions before you pay.
Choose the right storefront. Zara Home sells homeware; an ordinary Zara clothing shop does not automatically carry its range or accept its returns. On the website, select Türkiye / Turkey and check that prices are in TL or TRY. Both mean Turkish lira. Orders from the Turkish online shop are delivered within Turkey.
What to look for in the collections
The Turkish catalogue covers the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, furniture, decoration, fragrance and loungewear, alongside other seasonal collections. A Turkish storefront does not mean that every product is made in Turkey, or that it is cheaper than the same product abroad. Compare the product reference, material, dimensions and total cost rather than relying on a country or brand name.
Bedding and bedroom textiles
Measure your duvet, mattress and pillows in centimetres before browsing. For a fitted sheet, mattress depth matters too. Check whether a duvet cover includes pillowcases: a styled bed photograph is not a list of what comes in the package.
Percale describes a weave; cotton and linen describe fibres. Read both the composition and the care label rather than treating these words as competing quality grades. If you use a tumble dryer, check whether the particular item allows it.
Towels and bathrobes
Choose the size for the job first. A small hand towel and a large bath towel from the same collection can look almost identical in product photographs. For a bathrobe, check the item’s own measurements and length rather than choosing only by S, M or L.
A label such as 600 g/m², also called 600 GSM, describes fabric mass per square metre. It is not the weight of the whole towel or a universal quality score. Drying time, storage space and the feel of the fabric matter as well.
Tableware and table linen
Check plate diameter, cup capacity and the number of pieces included. For everyday use, read the dishwasher and microwave instructions on the exact item. Choose a tablecloth using the tabletop dimensions plus the drop you want on each side.

Fragrance and loungewear
Compare a diffuser by volume and a candle by weight and stated burn time, where provided. Try a fragrance in store before opening your own purchase. If travelling by air, check the airline’s rules for the exact liquid, container and baggage type.
Pyjamas and slippers have their own product measurements. Do not assume that your size in Zara clothing will transfer directly to every Zara Home item.
One towel, five sizes and five prices
The Premium cotton towel in ivory, 600 g/m², reference 7599/013/741, provides a useful real comparison. These are the Turkish product page’s individual size prices, checked on 2 October 2026. They are not the price of a five-piece set, and they do not guarantee stock when you order.

What does the extra size buy you? Moving from 70 × 140 cm to 90 × 150 cm adds 200 TRY and roughly 38% more fabric area. That is a size calculation, not a claim about absorbency. If the smaller towel fits your needs, a lower price per square metre is not a reason by itself to buy the larger one.
To compare a quote with your home currency, use Turkpidya’s currency converter, then add your bank’s conversion charge, delivery and any onward transport. Recheck the lira price close to purchase. A converted sticker price alone cannot establish that buying in Turkey is cheaper.

Choose option A and option B, quantities and a delivery method. The tool compares two separate orders, adding one delivery charge to each. You can enter a delivery quote of your own. Product prices remain the dated examples above; the tool does not fetch live stock or place an order.
Where to find Zara Home in Turkey
The official Zara Home store list contained 15 entries on 2 October 2026: nine in Istanbul, two each in Ankara and Izmir, and one each in Antalya and Bursa. All 15 links are included in the filter above. The count describes the retailer’s directory, not an independent guarantee that every branch is open or has your item.
Two entries explicitly say ZH in Zara: İstinye in Istanbul and Balçova İzmir İstinyePark in Izmir. These identify Zara Home locations within Zara. They do not mean that every Zara shop carries homeware. Equally, a branch without that label should not be assumed to stock the entire online range. Check with the specific branch if you are travelling for a particular reference or planning a return.
In Istanbul, choose which side of the city fits your day before choosing a mall: Akasya and Emaar Square are on the Asian side; Zorlu, Cevahir and Akmerkez are on the European side. This is a planning guide, not a calculation of your nearest store. Open the branch page for its address and today’s hours before setting off. Kanyon appeared in an earlier version of this guide but is not in the current official list, so it is not included as a verified location.
Opening hours and stock are branch-specific. If your visit falls on a date in the Turkey public-holiday calendar, check the branch again; a national holiday does not tell you whether a particular mall closes or whether there will be a sale.
How to order online
- Start at the official Turkish Zara Home shop. Confirm the country setting. Browser translation can help with descriptions, but check measurements, references and prices against the original page.
- Choose an exact variant. Confirm size, colour, composition, what is included and care instructions. Save the product reference; a similar name or photograph is not enough to identify an item.
- Check the basket. Sepet or alışveriş sepeti means basket; beden or ölçü means size; adet means quantity. Check the number of separate pieces you are buying.
- Select the available delivery method. Gönderi means shipping, and mağazada teslimat means store delivery. The choices, charge and estimated date may change with the basket and destination.
- Enter the actual Turkish address and review payment. Check the neighbourhood, street, building, apartment and postcode carefully. For a hotel or temporary address, first ask whether it will accept a parcel in your name and keep it until you arrive.
- Keep the order email. Guest checkout is available. If you use it, the links in the order emails are particularly important for managing the purchase and starting a return.
Delivery charges and timing
The shipping panel for the ivory towel above displayed pickup-point delivery at 55 TRY, standard home delivery at 85 TRY, and store delivery free. All three showed 2–4 business days when checked on 2 October 2026. This was the product’s information panel before entering an address, not a confirmed quote for a particular order.
The same panel says methods can vary according to the products in the basket. Do not apply the towel’s charges or times to every item. No general free-home-delivery threshold was established in this check. Confirm the final amount and estimated date at checkout, especially if you are leaving Turkey soon.
Furniture needs a separate delivery check
For a sofa, table or cabinet, check the item dimensions, packaging dimensions and route into your home. Measure doorways, lift space and tight stair turns. The assembled size does not tell you how large the delivery package will be.
Confirm the charge for that particular item, access requirements, whether carrying upstairs or assembly is included, and how a bulky return would work. Do not plan a furniture delivery around the towel’s 2–4-day example. A delivery surcharge on one sofa is not a general rate for the furniture collection.
Can you order from outside Turkey?
The Turkish purchase conditions limit delivery to Turkey. Being able to open the site abroad does not make international delivery available. Start by checking the Zara Home storefront serving your destination. If you consider a forwarding company, ask it about the exact item, packaging, onward charges, possible import costs, insurance and returns before buying. Acceptance of a forwarding warehouse address by Zara Home was not verified.
Use only payment methods actually offered at checkout. Successful payment with any particular foreign card is not guaranteed; the retailer’s checks and your bank can both affect the transaction. If a payment fails, contact support rather than repeatedly submitting it. Returns: count from the dispatch confirmation
The current product panel says returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the dispatch-confirmation email. The Turkish online-purchase conditions set out this additional contractual return period and separate withdrawal rights. Do not count 30 days from when you eventually unpack the parcel. Keep the dated order messages and follow the instructions for your own purchase.
Return to a store
Use a Zara Home store in the same market as the purchase. The conditions specify a branch carrying the relevant product group. Bring the item and receipt; the product panel says a paper receipt or one shown on your phone can be used.
Ask first for large or unusual items, and do not assume an ordinary Zara clothing store can process the return. A ZH in Zara label alone does not establish that every product category is accepted there.
Return by collection or return point
Start from the order details in your account, or the link in an order email for a guest purchase. The product panel offers home collection and a return-point process. For the latter, print the return label supplied after the request and take it with the parcel to the chosen point.
The purchase conditions describe the available retailer-arranged return routes as free. Sending an item through a carrier you arrange independently may be at your own expense; follow the retailer’s instructions before booking anything.
Keep the goods in the condition received, with the receipt, packaging and instructions. Personalised items and unsealed goods excluded for health or hygiene reasons have exceptions. Inspect the item and check the terms before removing protective seals or using it. Damage or excessive use can affect a refund.
For a web or app purchase, the product panel says a printed invoice does not need to be enclosed in a return shipment. For purchases made through a device in a store, it says to print the invoice and include it. Orders placed on an in-store device can also have return-route differences depending on the payment method. Do not automatically apply online rules to an ordinary purchase paid at a shop till.
Refunds go back to the payment method used, proportionally if several methods were used. Zara Home sends an email when the return is processed. Its product panel advises contacting your bank with that confirmation if more than 14 days have passed without the refund reaching your account. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, keep its packaging and contact the retailer promptly with the order number and product reference.
Customer service
The Zara Home Turkey support page lists telephone 00800448828295, chat, WhatsApp and a contact form. Published telephone, chat and WhatsApp hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00. Calls from abroad and service in a particular language were not verified. Have your order number, product reference and a short description of the issue ready.
Comparing alternatives when an item is unavailable
Compare measurable details: towel size, fibre and fabric weight; the dimensions and number of pieces in bedding; or tableware material, capacity and care instructions. A country of manufacture or familiar name alone cannot prove two products are equivalent.
Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon Turkey are other places to browse homeware. On a marketplace, check the actual seller as well as the product, shipping promise and returns. A listing that uses the Zara Home name does not by itself establish an authorised connection to the brand. If you want one exact original reference, begin with the official catalogue and support. GittiGidiyor is no longer a shopping option: new purchases ended on 18 July 2022.
Before paying, check five things: the reference and size; the number of items; the address or collection point; the full delivered price; and the return deadline and method. If you are travelling, add one more: will you have time to receive and inspect the order before leaving?
