FLO is a Turkish shoe chain: stores in malls and on high streets, the flo.com.tr website and its own brands such as Kinetix, Polaris and Lumberjack. Buying there is easy, but one detail changes almost every condition — who the seller is. On flo.com.tr both FLO itself and other sellers sell, and that decides free shipping, the return period and in-store exchange. How to collect an order in a store

  1. FLO items only. At the address step you can choose a store if the order contains only items sold by FLO.
  2. Pick a store. The store finder searches by province (İl) and district (İlçe) or by location. Opening hours of high-street stores may differ, FLO warns.
  3. Exchange on the spot. If every item in the order is sold by FLO, you can try them on and exchange or return them right in the store.
  4. Is it in stock. The product page has a button showing stock by store (Mağaza Stok Durumu).

You can do without an account too: a guest order is tracked, cancelled and returned with the phone number and the order number — the site sends a confirmation code by SMS («Doğrulama kodunu gönder»). You can cancel an order while it is at the «Siparişiniz Alındı» or «Siparişiniz Hazırlanıyor» stage, according to the order help pages.

Basket: the run to free shipping

The price on the product page is not the final price yet. FLO discounts are often tied to the basket total: on 12 October 2026 a Kinetix sneaker page showed the campaign «1.200 TL Üzeri %25 İndirim» — a ₺1,499.99 pair cost ₺1,124.99 in the basket, or 6 instalments of ₺187.50. Payment and delivery from Russia and abroad

The site promises up to 6 instalments on credit cards; the footer shows Turkish bank cards — Bonus, Maximum, Axess, Paraf, Bankkart, CardFinans, Advantage. Russian cards are harder: on 5 March 2022 Visa announced that cards issued in Russia no longer work outside the country, and Mastercard suspended its operations in Russia at the same time.

FLO abroad

FLO Group opened its first store abroad in 2015. Today it has more than 100 stores outside Turkey, mainly in these countries: Azerbaijan, Albania, Saudi Arabia, Kosovo, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Georgia, Kenya, Morocco. Russia is not on this list. The company’s overall figures differ: the “About us” page says more than 800 stores in 25 countries, the investor section more than 850 stores in 30 countries.

Original or not: own brands, licences and other brands

The question “Is FLO original?” is usually about brands nobody knows outside Turkey. The answer is on the FLO Group brands page: Kinetix, Polaris and Lumberjack belong to the company itself, while U.S. Polo Assn., Dockers by Gerli, Nine West, Reebok and Lotto are made or sold by it under licence. That is not a knock-off “in the style of” a brand but the Turkish version of the brand: models may differ from those sold in other countries.

FLO Group was founded in 1960 and, by its own figures, sells 55 million pairs of shoes a year through stores, websites and wholesale. The company employs more than 15 thousand people. Nike, adidas and other global brands are sold at FLO next to its own, but they are not part of the company’s brand portfolio.

Size: by foot length, as FLO advises

Shoe sizes in Turkey are European (TR/EU). In its size chart FLO advises measuring like this: put a sheet of paper on the floor flush against a wall, stand on it, mark with a pencil a line at the tip of your big toe and at the edge of your heel, and measure the distance with a ruler. Enter the length — the sheet shows the size by FLO’s chart for women’s or men’s shoes.

Returns: a four-step shoelace

Returns from flo.com.tr work with a code. In your orders you tap «Kolay İade», choose the item, the reason and the method, and the site sends a return code by SMS and email.

You put the item in a bag together with the delivery note or invoice from the parcel and hand it to the courier with that code; with the code, as the returns page says, the parcel goes back to the warehouse free of charge. If items have different codes, pack them separately. Choose the seller and the delivery date — the shoelace shows the dates.

So the return is accepted

  1. Don’t wear them outside. The FLO product page requires the item to be unworn and to have all its parts.
  2. Box and tags. The shoebox is part of the set, so keep it.
  3. Invoice inside. The invoice (fatura) or delivery note (e-irsaliye) from the parcel goes into the bag.
  4. Code for the courier. The courier takes the parcel with the return code.
  5. FLO item: to a store. It can be returned or exchanged in a store, without a courier.
