Your base-car invoice is capped by the list price on that day; options cost extra. Borusan includes ÖTV, KDV, traffic insurance, the first MTV payment, licence and registration costs. Ask for the excluded first-registration levy and any new administrative charges on separate lines.

From Evoque to the flagship
Evoque is the entry point at ₺6,877,916. Velar starts at ₺11,432,171, with a 204 PS diesel in both listed trims. Sport begins at ₺22,022,180; its 300 PS diesel trims are distinct from the 350 PS Autobiography and 615 PS SV Black.
The full-size Range Rover starts at ₺28,015,406. Choose your SWB or LWB body, then diesel, plug-in or petrol.
Body first, power second
Defender 110 Ultimate starts at ₺14,398,444, with a 200 PS diesel mild hybrid. The listed 130 X-Dynamic HSE has a 350 PS diesel and costs ₺21,140,823.
OCTA and OCTA Black have 635 PS petrol engines. Today’s displayed prices cover the 110 and 130 bodies; choose your engine within that shortlist.
Sport is a separate model
Discovery’s two displayed trims share a 350 PS diesel mild hybrid, starting at ₺17,284,887. Discovery Sport is a different car: the published Dynamic S and Landmark rows are 269 PS plug-in hybrids, starting at ₺8,412,027.

Evoque’s current price list names S and Hoxton. Compare their equipment sheets to see what your extra money buys: wheels, cabin features and styling can change even with the same engine.
Two kinds of hybrid. Only one plugs in.
You can charge a plug-in hybrid from an external supply; a mild hybrid assists its engine with a small battery. Evoque S plug-in costs ₺8,165,523, ₺1,287,607 above the S mild hybrid. Both use 1,498 cc engines, with 269 and 160 PS respectively.
Plan charging around your parking space. Check who controls it, whether you can install a wallbox and which equipment your chosen vehicle needs. Have the dealer write the supplied cable and charging specification into your order.
The fuel column uses WLTP test figures. For your budget, add charging, fuel, insurance, servicing and tyres; the cards explain how charging affects the comparison.

Mild hybrids recharge as you drive. Plug-ins also charge from an external supply. Check your powertrain description.
“The low fuel figure is what I’ll get without charging.”
A plug-in’s WLTP figure depends on test charging conditions. Ask about fuel use with a depleted battery and include electricity in your budget.
“A plug-in always gets a lower tax rate.”
Lower plug-in rates require qualifying engine size, electric range and emissions. The listed Land Rover plug-ins pay ordinary engine-band rates.
The big-engine bill: tax on tax
At the same ₺2 million tax base, an ordinary 1,498 cc engine pays 100% ÖTV, a 1,997 cc engine 170%, and an engine above 2,000 cc outside the hybrid exceptions 220%. Then 20% KDV is applied to the car plus ÖTV. The last case multiplies the base by 3.84 before other turnkey costs.

Range Rover’s 2,996 cc plug-ins pay the ordinary 220% rate. Their engines exceed the reduced plug-in category’s 1,800 cc limit and the other hybrid exception’s 2,500 cc limit.
Decision 10115, article 1, sets these ordinary-engine bands. “Base” means the price before ÖTV. Your dealer’s itemised quote gives the actual base and tax amounts.

Evoque and Discovery Sport’s 1,498 cc plug-ins use the ordinary 1,401–1,600 cc band: Land Rover Türkiye’s Evoque technical sheet gives 60 km / 31–34 g/km; its Discovery Sport P269e page gives 58 km / 88 g/km, failing the reduced category’s ≥70 km range and <25 g/km CO₂ tests. At their listed prices, the ordinary ÖTV rate is 100%.

October trade-in support is ₺2,000,000 for qualifying new 2025/2026 Velars invoiced 1–31 October 2026: cash purchases at participating dealers, subject to stock. Your trade-in must be worth at least ₺2,000,000 and have been owned for three months or more. It cannot be combined with financing, cash discounts or another Borusan-supported campaign.

Your Borusan-imported Land Rover has five years or 150,000 km of mechanical cover, whichever comes first, if invoiced on or after 1 July 2023. Cover starts at delivery. Cars imported by others are not covered by this programme.
