Table of Contents

A new Hyundai in Turkey starts at ₺1,582,000 on the list, for the 2026 i20 Jump manual. With the current campaign, the electric INSTER Dynamic is cheaper at ₺1,520,000. Hyundai Türkiye’s list, checked 05.10.2026, spans small local petrol cars, family SUVs and electric models up to ₺7,190,000.
The quick answer · checked 05.10.2026
Start with where you park. Then compare the two price columns.
- Made in İzmit: the i20 and Bayon. The electric IONIQ 3 is now built there too, with no price yet.
- Cheapest campaign: INSTER Dynamic, 2026, at ₺1,520,000; its list price is ₺1,670,000.
- Cash or credit: on the i20 and Bayon, take the cash discount or the credit offer, not both.
- Not included: the 0.2% registration levy and optional metallic/pearlescent paint.
Hyundai’s Turkish roots, and its electric next step
Hyundai is Korean, but in Turkey it is also a local maker. Its İzmit plant in Kocaeli has built more than 3.4 million cars since it opened, and more than 2.6 million of them went abroad. On today’s price list, the i20 and Bayon come from that plant.
The next chapter has started. İzmit now builds the electric IONIQ 3, which makes Hyundai the first foreign carmaker to build an electric car in Turkey. The IONIQ 3 has no Turkish price yet, so plan around it only once a price and a delivery date appear.
So a buyer today makes two choices. First pick the car that fits your parking space, passengers and journeys. Then pick how it is powered: petrol, hybrid or battery.
A changing entry point
Local petrol.
Electric alternative.
On campaign, the electric INSTER Dynamic is ₺55,000 cheaper than the petrol i20 Jump manual. On the list, the i20 is cheaper. Read both columns before you choose.
Both are 2026 versions.
Hyundai Turkey prices, October 2026
Here are all 31 new passenger-car versions on Hyundai Türkiye’s price list, effective 02.10.2026 and checked 05.10.2026. Some 2025 cars are still on sale beside the 2026 ones, so match the model year as well as the trim.
“List” is Hyundai’s maximum list price. “Campaign” is the campaign price it publishes beside it. Where the two match, that version has no discount this month.

MT means manual; DCT means dual-clutch transmission. Trim and safety-package names are retained as Hyundai lists them. SANTA FE HEV is classified here as a full hybrid, although the source fuel column says petrol.
Most offers run 01–31.10.2026 at participating dealers, while stock lasts. Kona’s offer has no end date, and the Santa Fe has no discount this month.
One catch: for the i20 Style and Elite and the Bayon Style, the campaign column and Hyundai’s headline discount give different savings. The table shows the column, so ask the dealer which one you get. The i10, IONIQ 3, IONIQ 5 N, Tucson Hybrid and Staria have no price this month.
What the campaign really saves
Pick an offer and see the real gap. Some campaign prices carry a big saving; others are the same number in both columns. Metallic paint adds the same amount to both, so the saving stays put.

Table and headline discount differ: confirm this offer.
On the i20 and Bayon you choose the cash discount or the cheap credit offer. The credit offer starts from the full list price. Ask for two quotes, one for cash and one for credit with the deposit, instalments, fees and total repayment, and compare the totals.
Metallic or pearlescent paint costs ₺9,000 to ₺21,000, depending on the model. Put it on the order with insurance, registration and any dealer extras, each on its own line.
Choose the job, then choose the car
For a local petrol car, start with the i20 and Bayon. For an electric city car, start with the INSTER. For more room, compare the Kona, Tucson and IONIQ models. Then pin down gearbox, drive, year and trim: together they set the price.
What does your week need?
City petrol
The 2026 i20 Jump manual is ₺1,575,000 campaign; Jump DCT is ₺1,759,000. Bayon Jump DCT is ₺1,665,000. Both are built in İzmit.
Test-drive both gearboxes in slow traffic and on your own parking ramp.
Family SUV
Tucson Comfort 1.6 T-GDI 180 PS 4×2 DCT is ₺2,599,000 in both columns: no campaign discount this month.
Bring your child seats and luggage to the test drive, and try the rear doors and the boot.
Electric
Kona Electric Advance (2026), 99 kW, is ₺2,479,000 list and ₺2,349,000 campaign. It is ₺36,000 below the 2026 petrol Kona campaign price.
Plan where you will charge before you sign: the next chapter shows how.
The Santa Fe on the list is a 1.6 T-GDI HEV 239 PS 4×4 Progressive, at ₺6,180,000 in both columns. It is a full hybrid with a 1.6-litre engine, so it pays the petrol rates for that engine size, not the electric ones.
Before an electric Hyundai, solve the parking question
An electric Hyundai works best when it charges where it parks. Slower AC charging at home or at work handles everyday driving; fast DC chargers are for long trips.

With a private bay, get a wallbox quote. In a rented flat or a shared car park, agree permission and billing with the building first. If you will rely on public chargers, find the ones near home and check their price per kWh.
Where will you normally charge?
Check the installation first
Confirm access to your bay, the building’s electrical capacity, the installation cost and your tariff. The car’s onboard charger sets the top AC speed it accepts.
Price the routine, not one stop
Check the connector, the opening hours and how often the station is free when you need it. Compare the price per kWh and the waiting time on the trips you actually make.
The current list offers INSTER, Kona Electric, IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 9. IONIQ 5 Dynamic Visionroof is ₺3,350,000; IONIQ 6 Standard Range Advance is ₺3,246,000. Neither has a campaign discount this month, so choose on space, comfort and battery size.
Ask the dealer for the technical sheet of the exact model year, motor and battery you are quoted: range and charging times differ between versions.
The tax inside the price, engine and price together
Two taxes sit inside every price. ÖTV depends on the engine or motor and on the price before tax. KDV is 20% of the car plus ÖTV. Since Law 7590, a passenger car pays at least ₺100,000 in ÖTV: the higher of the percentage or that floor.

Two taxes, in order
- Car before taxThe taxable base on the invoice.
- ÖTVThat base times the rate for the engine or motor, at least ₺100,000.
- KDVAdd 20% of the taxable base plus ÖTV.
A smaller engine does not always pay less. At ₺1,000,000 before tax, a 1.0-litre engine and a 1.6-litre engine both pay 80% ÖTV. The price before tax moves the rate as much as the engine does.
| Engine / motor group | ÖTV by taxable base |
|---|---|
| Engine ≤1,400 cc | Base ≤₺650,000: 70%; >₺650,000–₺900,000: 75%; >₺900,000–₺1,100,000: 80%; >₺1,100,000: 90%. |
| Engine >1,400–1,600 cc | Base ≤₺850,000: 75%; >₺850,000–₺1,100,000: 80%; >₺1,100,000–₺1,650,000: 90%; >₺1,650,000: 100%. |
| Battery-only EV, motor ≤160 kW | Base ≤₺1,650,000: 25%; above: 55%. |
| Battery-only EV, motor >160 kW | Base ≤₺1,650,000: 65%; above: 75%. |
Hybrids get their own lower rate only with an engine of 1,601 to 1,800 cc and an electric motor over 50 kW: 70% up to a ₺1,250,000 base, 80% above it. Hyundai’s 1.6-litre hybrids sit below that range, so they pay the normal 1.6-litre rates. Hyundai lists no plug-in hybrid this month.
Electric tax tower · estimate
Three electric offers, three tax stacks
Worked back from each list price, assuming it holds only the car, ÖTV and KDV. Rates from Decision 10115.
| Version | ÖTV | Base | ÖTV amount | KDV | List |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| INSTER Dynamic (2026) | 25% | ≈ ₺1,113,000 | ≈ ₺278,000 | ≈ ₺278,000 | ₺1,670,000 |
| IONIQ 5 Dynamic Visionroof (2026) | 55% | ≈ ₺1,801,000 | ≈ ₺991,000 | ≈ ₺558,000 | ₺3,350,000 |
| IONIQ 9 Calligraphy (2026) | 75% | ≈ ₺3,424,000 | ≈ ₺2,568,000 | ≈ ₺1,198,000 | ₺7,190,000 |
All three pay more than the ₺100,000 minimum. Your invoice shows the exact split; ask the dealer for it when options or a campaign change the price.
At the dealer, leave with a written quote
End the test drive with a written, itemised quote for one specific car: year, powertrain, trim and delivery date. Match it to the list and campaign columns above before you pay a deposit.

Before the deposit
Ticks stay on this device.
On the test drive, check the view out, the seats, the gearbox in slow traffic and whether the car fits your space. On an electric model, look at the charging port and the cables that come with the car. Ask to try the exact trim you are buying.
Buying as a foreign resident? Ask the dealer which documents registration needs before you fix the delivery date, and ask for the full amount payable, with notary, insurance and registration included.
Five years of cover, with terms worth reading
A new Hyundai in Turkey has two layers of cover: the legal warranty of two years or 60,000 km, and Hyundai’s repair cover for manufacturing faults of up to five years or 100,000 km from first delivery.
“Five years means unlimited kilometres.”
In Turkey it is five years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
“The battery has the same term as the car.”
An electric Hyundai’s high-voltage battery has its own cover: eight years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first. For a hybrid, ask the dealer for the battery term.
“Warranty covers routine upkeep.”
Servicing and wear parts are yours to pay. Remaining cover passes to the next owner when the car was serviced on schedule.
Save Hyundai’s roadside assistance number: 0212 233 32 62, open 24 hours, every day of the year. Help is free for cars under warranty, except for problems the driver causes. Free battery call-outs last two years from new.
