Honda’s cheapest new bike in Turkey is the 2025 CB125F at ₺166,000; the 2026 PCX125 is ₺205,000 (Honda Türkiye’s list, checked 05.10.2026). Cross 250 cc and the tax changes: the ADV350 Çantalı costs ₺163,000 more than the Forza 250 Çantalı, and about ₺131,000 of that is tax. Plates, registration, traffic insurance, MTV and the first-registration levy come on top.

ADV350 · from ₺575,250
A CVT scooter with adventure styling and a rear top case on the listed Çantalı versions. Compare it with the Forza on fit, equipment and the handover price.

Sit on each one at the dealer: check the seat height, the controls and how easily you hold it upright at a stop. Measure where you will park it. Ask to see the case included in the quote, and book a test ride if the dealer offers one.

The 2025 SH125i is ₺221,500, against ₺245,000 for 2026. The NC750X DCT is ₺813,750 for 2025 and ₺881,000 for 2026. Ask what equipment differs and which exact bike the quote covers.
The Forza offer splits up to ₺100,000 over 12 card instalments with no term surcharge; you pay the rest upfront. It runs 01.10.2026–31.10.2026, requires a participating bank card with enough limit, is limited by stock and cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounts.
The 250 cc line: ₺131,000 of a ₺163,000 step is tax
The 2026 Forza 250 Çantalı is ₺412,250; the ADV350 Çantalı is ₺575,250. Both are CVT scooters sold with a case. Of the ₺163,000 step, about ₺32,000 is the price before tax and about ₺131,000 (80%) is tax.
ÖTV applies to the price before tax: 8% for petrol motorcycles up to and including 250 cc, and 37% above. Then 20% KDV applies to the bike plus ÖTV.

The price of leaving with the keys
Plates, registration documents, traffic insurance, plate fees, MTV and the first-registration levy come on top of the listed bike price. Ask for an itemised handover quote, with gear and optional accessories on separate lines. ÖTV and KDV are included in the listed price; enter just the extra handover charges in your budget.
The first-registration levy is 0.2% of the statutory assessment value, with a ₺1,000 minimum. Confirm the assessment with the notary: Law 492 article 43 sets a sale-price floor and an insurance-value floor. Use that value in the explorer below.

For a PCX125 assessment of ₺205,000, 0.2% is ₺410, so the ₺1,000 minimum applies. Bike plus levy comes to ₺206,000 before the other handover costs.
Check whether your dealer’s registration quote already includes the levy, and enter each charge once. Keep accessories separate from transaction fees. For a Çantalı version, match the included top case to the equipment line on the quote.
At the dealer, get three things on paper
Get three things on paper: the model, version and model year; the delivery date; and the price-date rule. Honda’s list applies any change in ÖTV or KDV rates at handover. Ask how the dealer records the agreed price, deposit and delivery terms.

Before paying
A short list worth keeping
Use Honda’s dealer and service locator to find your outlet. Confirm the bike and service appointment directly, then work through this receipt before paying.
Before you sign
Honda warranty: two periods, different rights
Honda’s standard legal-remedy period is two years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first. If you pass 30,000 km during those two years, covered defects retain free repair until two years from first delivery. Keep the delivery date with your warranty paperwork.

Honda 2+2 Yıl Garanti gives eligible bikes of 200 cc and above two extra years of conditional repair cover. PCX125, SH125i and CB125F use the standard warranty.
“The extra years happen automatically.”
Sign and obtain programme approval at purchase. Meet Honda’s authorised-service conditions for all scheduled maintenance and repairs; remaining cover can transfer when these conditions are met.
“Only a service book counts.”
Keep signed or stamped work orders and detailed maintenance invoices. Cover applies to defective original parts, with normal wear excluded.
The extra two years provide conditional repair cover for eligible bikes. Follow the maintenance schedule in your bike’s handbook and keep the work orders. Ask the dealer for your signed programme approval and the servicing conditions that keep it valid.
Roadside help: tow first, assess at service
For Honda motorcycle assistance, call 0850 733 55 05. Your bike goes to the nearest authorised service for assessment and repair. The service decides whether the fault qualifies for warranty cover.
What happens after the call?
Towing can be free
Towing is free when the service determines the fault is covered. Outside your home city, if the motorcycle cannot be returned the same day, Honda can arrange onward and return transport or accommodation under the programme.
Ask for the cost first
For an accident or an out-of-warranty problem, Honda tells you the charge and asks for your approval before paid help.
Keep your chassis number and precise location ready. Describe what happened and ask which service will receive your bike.
Buying used? Check the bike and the payment route
Transfer a used Honda through a notary. For cash, bank-transfer or EFT transactions, Güvenli Ödeme Sistemi has been mandatory since 27 September 2024; fund the system before the notary completes the transfer.
Inspect the bike and its service papers, and ask Honda whether any 2+2 cover remains.
