The hospital was very clean and hygienic. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. I would like to thank the entire hospital team and also Ms. Damla and doctor Samet Çağrı Coşkun. I had a very successful nose operation.
First of all, the hospital’s cleanliness, maintenance and food are very good. The staff’s behavior towards the patient and the companion was very attentive. However, the nurses could be more communicative and organized during the treatment processes, but we were still satisfied with the nurses and doctors compared to many hospitals. Especially, most doctors have a solution-oriented perspective on the right treatment. They help the patient recover more easily by explaining them in a more polite way, rather than by demoralizing them. Since my mother stayed for about 15 days, that was what caught my attention the most. I think the sincerity of a doctor’s behavior is important.
I had surgery and was hospitalized for one day. My doctor, his assistant, the nurses, everyone from A to Z is very caring, attentive and friendly. I had concerns before coming, but it is a wonderful hospital and service. It’s like you’re visiting your family’s home. I was checked at least 10 times a night. They do their job very well and meticulously, thank you.
